Good to know

What format do I get back?

JPG, which every app and portal can open. Transparent areas, for example in PNGs, turn white. If a JPG, PNG or WebP is already smaller than the result, you get it back unchanged. iPhone photos (HEIC) always become JPG.

What does “under 100 KB” do?

It makes the image smaller until it’s below that size – useful for portals and forms that only accept small files.

Will I see a difference?

With “Good quality”, usually not. The lower the limit, the more likely a photo turns soft or blocky, so take a quick look at the result.

How do I save several images?

On iPhone, “Save all” opens the share sheet. On a computer, all images come together in one ZIP file.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The images are compressed in your browser and never leave your device.
