In short

Your photos, recordings and texts are not uploaded and not stored – the tools run entirely in your browser. We use no cookies and no analytics.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Render Services, Inc., San Francisco, USA, and delivered via a global network (Cloudflare). When you visit, the provider processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser identifier and referrer. This data serves operation and security and is kept only for a limited time.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Render is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

Program files of the tools

When you start a tool for the first time, your browser loads its program files (“models”) from Hugging Face, Inc. (USA). Hugging Face receives technically necessary access data such as your IP address and browser identifier. Your photos, recordings and texts are not transferred.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – the tools cannot work without these files. Transfers to the USA take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified; more information: huggingface.co/privacy.

Browser cache

So that a tool starts instantly next time, your browser stores its program files on your device (cache). This is not data about you. It only happens when you explicitly start a tool (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it any time via the site data in your browser.

Microphone

For “Record” and “Dictation” your browser asks for permission. The recording is processed only on your device and not stored; it is gone as soon as you close the page.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Our mailbox is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where we process data based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you can object at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
