Which photos work best?
People, pets, cars and products in front of a clear background. Glass, fine hair or very similar colours can leave traces.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The cut-out happens in your browser; your photo never leaves your device.
What size do I get back?
Up to 2048 pixels on the long side. Larger photos are scaled down first so it stays fast on phones.
Can I add a different background?
Yes, with “Change background”: pick a colour or place your own image behind it.
