How to

- Here, tap “Choose file” and open the voice message.
- A few seconds later the text is there – copy it and you’re done.

Which files work?
WhatsApp voice messages (.opus), voice memos (.m4a), .mp3, .wav and .ogg.
How accurate is it?
Very accurate for clear speech, including casual speech. Wind, music or several people talking at once cause mistakes.
Is the message uploaded?
No. The transcription runs on your device; the voice message never leaves it.
Other languages?
Set “Spoken in” to English, German or Detect.
